  1. I agree with doing a diet but I don't agree with eat light meals because these meals have a lot of bad food (cafenine, for example). There are a lor of people are obsesions with light meals, so I eat normal meals because I hate the light meals.

  2. Hi teacher! It's a good video because it shows us the real secrets of a diet. I think that the best way to keep our own weight is eat healthy food and do more physical exercises. I agree with the man who says that the marketing only promises us to be more sexy or cold. We shouldn't count on the marketing because all it says it sometimes wrong. So we mustn't eat fast food! And when we are in the supermarket, we should look at the ingredients of the food we buy carefully. This is the best way to be in good health, we don't need to do a diet! For example, at the present time, there are a lot of people who have been affected from the Dukan Diet. We must be careful!

  3. Hi teacher!!I think feeding is very important for a good health. I know that the physique and the appearance aren´t the most important things but, health yes, and this is the reason for care it!WE MUST CARE IT!!In this video Kris Carr (the blonde women)tells us what happened to her when she was 31: she ate everything and one day she was a shock because she didn´t care herself. " I have to go back"she said. It isn´t necessary to do a diet if we eat healthy food, we make exercise, we don´t take drugs, we sleep more and we laugh more. If we make this things we´ll have a happy and health live. We must have...HUNGRY FOR CHANGE!!!because our health is IN OUR HANDS :))

  4. Hello!!! In my opinion there are a lot of people who don't have a healthy diet, because they eat a lot of fast food or they buy the prepared meals at the supermarket and then they only have to put it in the microwave. A part from this food aren't good for us and they have many calories. So if you want to have a good diet you only have to do physical exercise and eat healthy food like vegetables.

  6. Hello teacher! I'm agree with this video because a lot of people eat fast food and fast food has a lot of calories. If we want to have a healthy diet we should practise physical exercise and eat healthy food like vegetables and fruit.

  7. I agree with the video, most people don't have a good diet. A lot of people think that only a good diet with fruits, vegetables and without a lot of fast food makes you better but also you need to do physical exercise. If we want to have a healthy diet we should practise physical exercise and try to avoid to eat the worst possible food.
